We relocated to HK about 8 months ago, as with every corporate package, we were given a relocation agent to help us with our home search. The service was appalling, the least to say: slow response times, properties listed had no pictures or clear descriptions, they had availability only in certain areas where their “selected agents” were present. We went on a viewing around 20 “selected” properties and were horrified at the prices, quality and standards for each and single one viewed. It got to the point that we started questioning our move to Hong Kong. Thankfully a colleague of my husbands’ introduced us to Place Property. It could have not been a more different experience, truly 5 star all around! The service was very hands on and personal throughout.
