Place Property Limited (“PLACE”) is a Hong Kong Licenced Real Estate Agency established in 2014, focusing primarily on high-end residential sales and leasing. 

We are a boutique agency and pride ourselves on having a tenacious commitment to our clients. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the most up-to-date property information to help them make sound real estate choices. We are discreet, resourceful and hardworking and because of this, most of our business comes from existing clients or referrals.

Founder, Venetia Leonard, has over 25 years of experience working in the luxury residential real estate market in Hong Kong. As a result, Place Property has an impressive and extensive property database and is connected to a priceless network of Landlords, Clients and Agents.

We understand all aspects of the Hong Kong property market from our first-hand experience of buying and selling for our own investment purposes as well as self use. We can therefore provide valuable insights to our clients with respect to buying, selling, renting, leasing and renovating Hong Kong properties.

On our website we are featuring selected properties for which we are the exclusive agent with the exception of Scenic Villas where Venetia owns and resides. 

Our areas of expertise are in the Southside:- Shouson Hill, Deepwater Bay, Repulse Bay, South Bay, Headland Road, Chung Hom Kok, Stanley, Tai Tam, Redhill Shek-O; Pokfulam and Kennedy Town; The Peak; Midlevels:- Central Mid Levels, Western Mid Levels and Eastern Mid Levels; Happy Valley, Jardine's Lookout; Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung.
